Firms Warn Inversion Crackdown Carries Risk

Talk of cracking down on U.S. Corporations that move offshore is making some companies nervous - notably foreign owned concerns. The Organization for International Investment told lawmakers in a letter Tuesday that legislative efforts to limit so-called inversions by U.S. companies could hit its members as well.
