France Adopts Environmental, Labor Measures

France is expected to approve regulations confirming domestic civil liability law as providing the appropriate guidelines regarding oil pollution, as well as affirming that seafarers supplying cabotage services receive the same working conditions as those employed aboard nationally flagged ships.
