India Considers New Admiralty (Jurisdiction and Settlement of Maritime Claim) Bill

The Bill consolidates and amends the laws relating to the Admiralty Jurisdiction of Courts, legal proceedings in connection with vessels, their arrest, detention, sale and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
