South Africa Proposes Tax Incentives to Register Nationally

South Africa has introduced legislation that would offer tax exemptions for companies that register at least one vessel domestically.

The exemptions would apply to income tax, capital gains tax, dividends tax and cross-border withholding tax on interest.
