Seagull Maritime breaks barrier with training center approval from Panama registry

Last week, the Panama Maritime Authority (PMA) approved Seagull Maritime Security’s security program for its employees, granting them approval for offering a suite of computer-based, on-board training programs to ships operating under Panama’s flag.  The PMA performed rigorous due diligence on Seagull Maritime’s training process before waving the green flag.
