Paris MoU 2013 Rankings Released
The Paris MoU on Port State Control has released its latest performance lists for flag States and Recognized Organizations.
Changes in this year's list include the acension of Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia and Switzerland from the Grey to White List and Georgia, Lebanon, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Libya and Albania from the Black to Grey Lists. The list becomes effective July 1, 2014.
Lloyd's List has created the following infographic ranking the top ten and bottom performing flags.
