HK Marine Dept. Mandates Switch to Clean Fuel While At Berth for Ocean - Going Vessels Effective 1 July 2015

MARINE DEPARTMENT NOTICE NO. 56 OF 2015 - This Notice serves to inform that the Air Pollution Control (Ocean Going Vessels) (Fuel at Berth) Regulation (Cap. 311AA) (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation), which mandates ocean-going vessels (OGVs) to use clean fuels while berthing in Hong Kong, will take effect on 1 July 2015.
